kx8007 Terms and Conditions

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings. These definitions apply throughout the entire document.

To open an account and use the services on the kx8007 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts for minors are not permitted.
• You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• You will open an account in your own name and of your own free will — not on behalf of anyone else.
• No previous kx8007 account has been closed or banned.
• All information provided at the time of registration is true, accurate, and complete.

One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a person is found to have more than one account, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Use a strong and unique password that you have not used on any other site.
• Never share your login details (username and password) with any third party.
• Always log out after using a public computer or shared network.
• If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, contact kx8007 support immediately.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. kx8007 is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access unless it is a direct result of a security failure on our part.

Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds on the kx8007 platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (applies equally to all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come from your own account only — third-party payments are not accepted.
• All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For large withdrawal requests, kx8007 may ask for additional documents to verify identity.
• If fraud is suspected, kx8007 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal and will complete an investigation.

Welcome Bonus

kx8007 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳14,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳22,000.

Wagering requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (wagering requirement: 20x). Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion can only be used once, unless stated otherwise.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless specifically approved.
• Bonuses apply only to the member in whose name the account is registered.
• kx8007 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. In such cases, bonuses already earned and previously registered will be retained.
• If any cash withdrawal is made after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses or winnings obtained due to a system error, software issue, or bug are not valid.

VIP Program

kx8007's VIP programme has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP levels through regular and active gaming. kx8007 reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kx8007 platform. Violating these rules will result in the immediate closure of the account and, where applicable, legal action will be taken:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, hacking, or any other dishonest method.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's account or impersonating another person.
• Placing artificial bets for the purpose of meeting bonus conditions (bonus abuse).
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game.
• Attempting to harass or harm other members.

The following general rules apply to all types of betting and gaming activity on the kx8007 platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any complication arises regarding a bet due to a technical issue, kx8007's decision will be considered final.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or changed, kx8007 will settle the bet according to the applicable rules.
• If there is a clear odds error in any game, kx8007 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• For casino games, the individual rules of each game provider apply. The rules can be viewed in the game interface.

Closure by kx8007

kx8007 may close or suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Registration using false or incorrect information.
• Evidence of being a minor.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned, except in cases where a breach of terms is proven, in which case all bonuses will be forfeited.

Changes to Terms

kx8007 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
